Our Policies
Late for Appointment
We ask that all customers arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late we may ask that you reschedule for another time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation of Appointment
We understand that things come up that may cause you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves. We respectfully request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Failing to give 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked service. Appointments canceled day of or no show will be charged 100% of the total service cost. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Service Adjustments
We understand that sometimes a service may not be quite what you expected. Therefore, we are happy to make adjustments to any service within 7 days of your original appointment. If you are in need of a service adjustment, please contact us directly so we can discuss the best solution for you.
